CloudScope, a provider of social media analytics and reporting solutions and a Microsoft Silver Data Analytics partner, announced that it will begin providing support for AppAnalyzer effective immediately.
CloudScope was founded and is led by a founder of Sirana Software, the original developer of AppAnalyzer. The principals behind CloudScope have a long history with AppAnalyzer and are looking forward to providing responsive support for AppAnalyzer customers. In addition, several updates to AppAnalyzer are also now available, including support for SQL Server 2016+, Windows Server 2016+, and Exchange Server versions 2016+. These updates are available at no charge to customers with current AppAnalyzer maintenance plans.
Current AppAnalyzer customers can continue to receive support by contacting CloudScope at email@example.com, or via telephone. Customers who have lapsed their AppAnalyzer support can begin receiving support by contacting CloudScope at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CloudScope is looking forward to announcing a product roadmap of additional enhancements in the coming weeks.
