Thank you for your interest in our products. Here are our sales policies,
which we've put in place to make the buying process easier, safer and more
convenient for you.
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- All products are sold
with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason
during the initial 30-day period, please contact us at
sales@sirana.com and we will issue a prompt refund.
- We accept corporate checks and purchase orders from U.S.-based companies for orders
greater than $1,000. For more information, contact
sales@sirana.com.
Maintenance and Support Plans

Support and maintenance plans are optional, but recommended. All products come with
an initial 30 days of technical support and upgrades at no additional charge.
- Support and maintenance plans give you access to unlimited technical support and
product upgrades (both major and minor versions) during the duration of your
plan.
- Customers who have not purchased maintenance can purchase product support
and upgrades at listed "per-incident" prices. If maintenance is not initially purchased with a product but is added later, the
maintenance plan's start date will begin as if it was initially purchased with
the product.
